A. No, the number of sessions you attend is up to you. We cover one topic per week at Beginners training, typically introducing a new skill on Monday and reinforcing it on Friday. These skills build on each other throughout the year. Attending more sessions will help you improve faster but is not mandatory.

If you are not a Trinity student, you can find information on Sports Centre membership here

A. You can talk to any committee member at training, especially our captains Cathal Maguire and Isabelle Clarke or our Beginners Officer Luke Patzold. For more information, feel free to email us at dufencing@gmail.com. You can also message us on Instagram or Facebook.
